Year 5- Forest School-Sweet Treats

Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Year 5 Year: 2025 - 2026

We discussed how to be safe around the fire. We remembered the 3 things that are needed for a fire to start.

We made our sweet treats by filling a cone with our own concotion of orange, banana, marshmallows and chocolate spread.

We sealed the cone in foil and then we had to do something to the foil parcel which meant we could recognise our own after it had been baked on the fire.

We took great care when unwrapping and eating our cones.

Someone said theirs was "a taste sensation!".
