Year 6 2026 - 2027

Welcome to Year 6! 

Mr Campbell and Mrs Dean are delighted to be teaching Year 6 this year, supported by Mrs Chadwick-Cookson and Mrs Dineen. 

Year 6 is a very special final year at St Oswald’s. As the oldest children in school, pupils will take on additional responsibilities and develop their leadership skills, setting a fantastic example for our younger children. 

Throughout the year, we will provide a challenging and exciting curriculum while helping every child to develop the confidence, independence and resilience they will need for the next stage of their education. 

We want our Year 6 children to be proud ambassadors for St Oswald’s, excellent role models and supportive friends. Most importantly, we want them to enjoy their final year, make wonderful memories and leave us feeling proud of everything they have achieved.
