Year 5- Forest School-Nature Area

Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Year 5 Year: 2025 - 2026

A great session in the nature area. We were hunting for mini beasts and related this to learning we have been doing in class. Some of us built a stream with a dam, there was fabulous teamwork, problem solving and resilience shown. It did get quite muddy but there was brilliant learning going on.

Some of us did some stick wrapping and forest eyes. We showed creativity, imagination and it's really good for developing our fine motor skills.
