Reception-Forest School-Flower Moon

Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Foundation Stage- Reception Year: 2024 - 2025

We learnt about the flower moon which happened on Monday. A full moon happens once every 29 and a half days and May is when wildflowers start showing their beauty, so this Moon got the flowery title. We looked at pictures of the lunar cycle and then we made our own flowers out of natural materials.

We had our review at the end of the session in our beautiful brand new lodge.
