Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Foundation Stage- Reception Year: 2025 - 2026

This week we have started our new topic, colour. We started with an experiment, seeing what happens when you add water to skittles. The children came up with some great predictions. We then watched what happened and the children decided together, that the water melted the skittles shell and made a rainbow. Brilliant! We then made some beautiful rainbows to decorate our classroom.
