Maths practise – individual challenge.

Year 5 have had a great week of learning and singing!

In English Year 5 have been writing adventure stories about Harry, Ron and Hermione from Harry Potter. There’s been some brilliant and imaginative ideas.

 In Maths Year 5 have been re-capping equivalent fractions, including how to multiply fractions and convert them from mixed numbers to improper fractions.

In RE this week, Year 5 have reflected on all their learning this year and summarised what lessons they’ve learned for their own lives from all the scripture studied.

Year 5 were fantastic in the show ‘Grease’ and super supports to Year 6 with their enthusiastic singing and actions. Well done Year 5 – a proud moment!

Year 5 ended the week with a science experiment on irreversible changes in materials followed by calm meditation and wand making under the trees!
