English

We finished The Twits! We described the Twits' house and garden using fronted adverbials; we chose a new trick and wrote about it, and we completed a book review.

Maths

We sequenced numbers (focusing on 10 and 100 more/less), then we added and subtracted numbers using the partitioning method on a number line.

P.E.

We used the floats to practise the correct arm movements. We practised a front crawl and back crawl.

R.E.

We wrote sentences describing how we can imitate God, and we gave advice using the 'dignity of all human beings' principle.

Art

We made the foreground of our Stone Age art. We drew Stone Age people and animals using charcoal.

Science

We recorded our experiment results in our books and discussed the patterns and trends.

Computing

We drew our own personal network, which showed our connections to different people. We compared this to a computer and how computers connect information.

History

We moved into the Neolithic Age and explored how their food sources differed from the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic Ages.
