Counting – Can you count in tens from 0 to 100? Can you go beyond 100?
Reading - Please try to read at least three times a week.

English
We continued to read The Twits up to Mrs Twit being stretched. We focused on drafting speech by writing in speech bubbles, creating a playscript, and beginning to use inverted commas.
We had our next spelling test too. Keep practising your spellings at home.
Maths
We added and subtracted tens from 3-digit numbers.
We also completed our first Year 3 arithmetic.
P.E.
We swam 10 and 25 metres in the pool. We swam on our front and our backs.
R.E.
We designed a creation acrostic poem together.
Art
We made the background of our Stone Age art by drawing around our hands.
Science
We conducted an experiment to see whether having longer legs meant that we could jump further distances.
Computing
We compared digital devices and non-digital tools. We chose our favourite and why.
History
We explored the different foods that people ate in the Palaeolithic and Mesolithic time periods.
Forest School
We had a great session in the Nature are. We noticed lots of changes.
