Reading:
In Year 2, children should read for at least 15/20 minutes every night and talk about the book.
This will help with understanding the text and learning new words.
Remember you will get a sticker on your book mark for every book you read!
Sumdog:
Counting:
Spend time counting to 100 forwards and backwards.
Then challenge yourself and go beyond 100. How far can you count?
Times Tables:
As we are so close to the end of term, there will be no more times tables quizzes in class.
However, please keep learning the 2, 5, 10 and 3 times tables (and division facts) ready for Y3.
Follow this link to play 'Hit the Button' and 'Tables-Teaser'.
