English

We continued to learn through the story 'The Robin Who Stole Christmas'. We focused on creating a sorry letter to Father Christmas, in role as Rotten Robin. We orally rehersed our ideas, wrote an example as a group, and wrote our own independent letter.

Phonics

We completed a phonics screen check.

Maths

We completed our maths arithmetic and reasoning Autumn term assessments.

We have been practising our Nativity!

In our 'Celebration of the Word' we continued to learn about Advent. 

P.E.

We created the first half of our robot dance together. Great ideas everyone!

P.S.H.E.

We talked about character strengths and how we have different strengths.

Computing

We made Georges Seurat inspired sunflower art on Paintz.app

Forest School

We listened to a story called Ruby's Worry. We looked at some real worry dolls from Guatemala. We had a go at making our own, showing great creative skills and resilience.
