We continued The Lumberjack's Beard. We spent the week pretending to be Lumberjack Jim, who was apologising to the animals. We wrote a sorry letter as a group, then independently, and role-played the story on Seesaw.
Maths
We made amounts using coins and added two amounts together.
R.E.
We continued to describe key events in Jesus' life.
Science
We identified the parts of a plant.
P.E.
We practised the sack race.
In tennis we started to hit the tennis ball over the net.
Art
We sketched feathers.
Computing
We started to code! We used the code.org website to follow simple coding instructions.
Geography
We recognised the features of a hot and cold place.
P.S.H.E.
We discussed goal setting and set ourselves a class goal - always to be kind to one another.
Forest School
There was a lot of great discussions about building our obstacle courses. We took care when moving the logs around.
