English
We continued reading Paddington. We wrote our own set of instructions for making a marmalade sandwich, followed them, and then ordered the story and rewrote it.
We also had a lovely trip to the library.
Maths
We halved both shapes and numbers.
R.E.
We drew and labelled the religious objects that can be found in a church, such as a font, a lectern and an altar.
Art
We sketched different minibeasts.
Computing
We added a new block into our coding instructions - the 'get' block, which allows us to pick up objects.
Science
We identified the signs of Spring.
History
We continued to compare explorers.
Forest School
We used the digging tools safely. We dug up some interesting rocks. There was also some knot tying, stick wrapping and delicious soup cooking.
