Maths - Positional language
Phonics - Sounds learnt this week
Counting - Please practise counting from 0 to 20, forwards and backwards.
Reading - We've had a drop in the number of children changing their reading books so please keep reading at home.
Please remember to bring book bags in each day.
English
We have been writing non-chronological reports about bears. We used the facts that we gathered on Friday and drew fantastic pictures.
We have also been writing beautiful messages for Mrs Wood's card.
Phonics
Some of us have been practising spotting our sounds in our reading books.
Some of us have started to identify the different air spellings: air in chair, ear in bear and are in care.
Maths
We have been comparing turns (full and half turns) and using positional language (forwards, backwards, left and right).
Science
We made the most of the weather and drew around our shadows!
Art
We went outside and sketched what we could see.

We learnt how to complete a simple running stitch.
