Drawing Club

We have been studying ‘Gigantosaurus’ by Jonny Duddle.  We have drawn a cretaceous period landscape and labelled it.  We created our own dinosaurs and described them.

Maths

In Maths this week we have been revisiting addition and subtraction up to ten and learning about inverse actions.

Understanding the World

This week we have investigated extinct animals and continued our investigations into fossils.

Stay and Play

This week we performed our assembly to our grown ups who joined us for the rest of the afternoon in our Stay and Play session finding out what we do all day in Reception.  Thank you all for supporting us in this!!

Expressive Art and Design

In Art this week we decorated our volcanoes that we made last week.  We then undertook our own eruptions making our volcanoes fizz and bubble.

PE

This week in PE we continued our Dinosaur theme by experiencing Yoga in Jurassic Park!
