 Phonics

 Mrs Robinson's group have been writing and reading words with the ur and ow sounds in them.

Mrs Dixon's group have been focussing on CCVC words.

Drawing Club

In Drawing Club, we have been writing about a special person in our lives. We have also been checking our work and writing them up ready for a display.

Maths

We have been exploring sharing different amounts this week.

RE

We have been learning that being a Christian means belonging to part of a community of faith.

Expressive Art and Design

 We have been looking at facts about Volcanoes and making our own!

Understanding the World

We went on our class trip to Blackpool Zoo and What a day we had!

All of the children were brilliant and showed how St Oswald’s behave.

We used our knowledge of maps to find our way round and talked about the habitats the animals lived in.
