 Phonics

 This week we have been revisiting all of the sounds that we have learnt so far: s, a, t, p, i, n, m, d and g.

Drawing Club

In Drawing Club, we have listened to different versions of the Jack and the Beanstalk.

We have then retold the story and drawn our own castles.

Maths

This week we have continued to build number land.

We have been looking at and discussing the number 3.

RE

This week we have been to church to visit Father Michael.

He did a Baptism on our class doll, to show us everything that happens.

Understanding the World

This week we have been testing our sense of touch. We had items hidden in a bag.

We had to guess what they could be and describe what they felt like. See the photos here.

We have also been talking about growing up from a baby to an adult.

We revisited our baby photos and then ordered photos ourselves. See the photos here.

Expressive Art and Design

We have revisited the primary colours from last week and have mixed them together to see what secondary colours they make.
