It’s fabulous Friday!

Fridays are now a lighter day with limited screen time to give you and your families the chance to catch up and switch off!

Today you just need to :

• Read

Enjoy reading for pleasure - take time to finish a book you are enjoying or start something new.

• Complete the number activity below

This week we have been practising our 3, 6 and 9 times tables on Sumdog.

Please make up your own game to practise the 3, 6 or 9 times tables.

You could:

• make flash cards to test yourself (cards with questions on - see how quickly you can answer them correctly)
• skip / bounce a ball in multiples of 3, 6 or 9 and back again – can you think of some rules to make this into a game?
• make your own board game, based on Snakes and Ladders or a course where the players have to answer the multiplication questions correctly to move on
• play noughts and crosses with a difference - you can only fill in a space if you get a multiplication question correct

The possibilities are endless and I’m sure you can come up with some creative ideas.

Remember today is the last day of Children’s Mental Health Week – lets finish it off in style with your ‘Dress to Express’ outfit – please wear an outfit which makes you feel great.  You are fabulous Year 4 – express yourselves in your fabulous outfit!
