Dress-up Day for Home of Hope

On Friday 13th February, 2 ‘new’ pupils and 38 ‘new’ teachers attended St. Oswald’s. Don’t they look smart! As Year 5 are studying India, Ruth Hooke came into school to talk about an orphanage there, which her daughter and son-in-law founded, called ‘Home of Hope’. The children decided they wanted to raise money and had a special non-uniform day.

A grand total of £100 has been given to the ‘Home of Hope’.
